So I got up early today, got Alysa to her friends, and made it to the cancer center. Kasi came and we talked and laughed and ended up waiting 2 hours for labs and the Doctor to approve them. Well, the fighter cells in my white count was half of what it should be to do chemo. So the debate was do it and get neulasta or wait a week. And the verdict was wait a week! I know this is bad, but I am glad, it will give me a chance to hopefully have a good week and get out. The down side is that I have to be extra careful, because I can catch bugs and infections real easy. But hopefully it will build up in the next few days.
